How to connect a Bank Account data feed to Intuit QuickBooks 

If you are a Geelong Business owner and wish to use accounting software to allocate your business bank account transactions then if your bank account is not yet connected to Intuit QuickBooks then this video wil show you how.

The key steps are: 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks
  2. Navigate to Banking page via left hand menu 'Banking'
  3. Follow prompt to 'connect a bank account' or Add new Account' 
  4. Select Bank (ie Commonwealth Bank) to trigger the display of Username Login & Password details 
  5. Enter Internet Banking Username Login & Password details 

Assuming you have entered the correct login details you can now select which Bank Accounts you wish to connect to QuickBooks if there is more than one bank account associated with your internet banking.

NOTE: Only connect the bank account(s) you use for the business. Do not add bank accounts primarily used for non-business purposes.
